Introduction
Traded off “rabbits” for each interval, and did our best to catch. Most of the rabbits got away…maybe next time.
Warm-O-Rama
Some light stretching with a 800 warmup.
The Thang
Ladder workout, up the ladder then down the ladder. Giving a rabbit a little lead to chase them down.

Took some inspiration from Roy Kent’s , “Don’t you dare settle for fine.” Speech he gave Rebecca after meeting her new boyfriend. The line works because it’s all about relationships.

It was my first Q, I got a ways to go and a lot learn about leading Q. But the PAX was encouraging and supportive along the way.
