Introduction

Got to the AO a little early to set up. Then caught up with Flo, Skidmark, and Foundation who were out on an EC run. Perfect weatherand temperature for a morning beatdown.

The Thang

Set up 4 stations spread evenly down the long end of the lot. At first station: 10 blockies, 20 overhead press, 40 skull crushers, At second station: 10 blockies, 20 coupon squats, 40 curls. Station 1 exercies repeat at station 3 and station 2 exercises repeat at station 4. Mode of transportation each time is rifle carry.

After station 4, leave coupons and run to pavilion where we did 10 burpees, 20 dips, 40 step-ups (1 each leg). Then, run to coffee house where we did 10 burpees, 20 mucho-leggo, 40 side straddle hops.

We then rann back to coupons and began working our way back down to station 1 (although we did not get all the way back to station 1).

Circle of Trust

Over the weekend I attended a funeral service of a co-worker. He was 51 years old and by all accounts, was in very good health. His death was completely unexpected as he had an undetected heart condition. With this background, my message was about taking care of yourself, taking care of others, and living life to its fullest.
