Introduction
I really enjoyed doing Q’s but then just fell of the wagon, and couldn’t find the motivation, or had an excuse for myself not to plan something out. Figured it’s time!
The only issue was that I’m doing a 72 hour fast, and I’ve never done this before so I was concerned I’ll faceplant since it was hour #60, and have an emergency “drill” 😀 . Thankfully that didn’t happen, even though I pushed pretty hard! Although, I started seeing things… all the pax started to morph into Lamb Chops!!

The Thang
The design is simple, but needed improvement and the Pax gave some great suggestions to improve for the next one.
We cycled through it 2.5 times, and did many “Buy in” Curls in between since apparently we can’t get it in the hole.. Corn hole that is.
Everyone’s in a circle, cornhole boards are positioned in the circle (not to far apart for this), and we do an exercise from below with the first cycle at 25 reps, then 20, then 15. Some of them I slowed down the reps to cadence like pullovers, chest presses, bent over rows.
Once 1 exercise is done, the rule is no one can put the coupon down unless it calls for it, so I call out farmer carry holds or rifle carry holds while the people who throw the bag are playing. We did put them down a couple times, cause the hands were burning! Both get to throw only ONE bag, and if either one of them gets it in the hole, we avoid a ‘Buy in’/aka penalty Curls , or another exercise of 10 reps.
We then rotate in a circle to have a new guys at the boards. (this is what caused a bit of disorder, and I have a solution in the moleskin below), and continue as many cycles as we can.
Below is how many reps we got through, also about 80 curls, 15 burpees, 1 Michael Phelps, 30 squat Buy ins.
7 Exercises
1.Deadlifts 25,20, 15
2.Goblet Squat 25,20,15
3.Chest Press 25,20,35
4.Overhead Press 25,20
5.Pull Overs. 25,20
6.Bent Over Rows 25,20
7. Coupon Swings 25,20

Main message is to avoid procrastinating things in your life to the best of your abilities, because you putting things off to tomorrow doesn’t guarantee tomorrow will be here.
When my dad was dealing with his stage 4, I procrastinated in diligently researching alternative medicines. Mainly I think because I was in denial, relying on mainstream meds even though I’m not for them, and just pure laziness I guess.
Towards the end, I actually dug deep, and seen enough evidence to get me excited to purchase everything I need. Unfortunately I procrastinated to long, and couldn’t do the whole process because there wasn’t enough time. I’m not blaming myself for his death, but it’s still hard, and lately I’ve been having bad sleep with shit dreams. To the point where I woke up in tears of sadness.
I think subconsciously there’s something there, and I think it stems more from another issue I have.. Procrastination. I’ve been guilty of procrastinating on things, and putting it off. It could have been small things, or even opportunistic things suggested to me, or offered. But my dumbass would think that AHHH it can wait, life can wait on me. Unfortunately life doesn’t wait, and I’ve lost some opportunities in life.
So my challenge to myself and others is, to try my best to not put things off when presented to me, because tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, and opportunities most of the time don’t wait. This also applies to housework procrastinations! Pretty sure we are all guilty!
Naked Man Moleskin
Guys gave some great suggestions, and overall liked the concept.
Agree completely with all of it, like if we had more guys the chaos would be real with rotating around.
So next time I will have everyone circle up, but rather than rotating everyone in a circle around, the next guys in line will walk up to the boards, and then back to the circle while everyone holds the coupons. As well as a board to keep score/penalty workouts on their for that pax to lead if they didn’t get it into the hole.
Appreciated Bronco giving the Pax suggestions with the workouts as well, in regards to correct way to do them, and how to not stop if you can’t finish a rep. Rather, modify.
