Introduction

I attended my first workout with F3 on August 2nd 2021, so today marked my 1 year manniversary.

To celebrate we did everything I hate, Running, Burpees and Bridge Bear Crawls

when I first joined F3 I was in a dark place personally, batteling depression, marriage issues, lack of self confidence and I was completly out of shape.  I physically couldn’t keep up with the workouts.  But  everyone was very supportive and kind to me eventhough they had just met me.  I was encouraged to come back and I kept coming back and eventually I was able to push through the workouts and not always be the 6.  The 3 Fs Fitness, Fellowship and Faith have helped me tremedously in my journey from the dark place I was in.  Today I am happier, definitly fitter and have some great new brothers that I can honestly say I love because they saved my life.  So today I just wanted to give a heartfelt THANK YOU to the men of F3  Heres to the next year and beyond

Today for my COT I was able to be vulnerable and admit my shortcomings and didn’t feel any shame about it.  F3 has given me that confidence to be open and honest with everyone about myself and my feelings even if it is not a pleasant topic to discuss.

AAR provided me with great feedback about my cadence and how to handle finishing earlier than expected.
