I was excited all weekend putting this Black Diamond together. Definitely wanted to put together a tough beat down, and as I pulled into The wood the crisp air and fog set the perfect table for this one.

Doing hard things helps you succeed in life. We get up early and do these workouts because it is hard. Many people tell me I’m crazy to do what we do here, my thoughts are they just haven’t pushed themselves enough. Get out and do hard shi*. In the past year I have found myself doing hard shi* at F3. Grow Ruck, EC rucks, runs, Black Diamonds beat downs, etc. If you can do hard things, other aspects of your life get easier. Get uncomfortable. Do hard stuff
To get faster run with faster men, to get stronger workout with stronger men, to be a better person hang out with good people.
