The Thang
Went thew a 2 mile pearls on a string tour of The AO. All Pax had a wooden dice, we stopped every .3 miles or so and rolled the dice to determine exercise and reps.
Wmded with 5 mins of Mary with flutter kicks, LBCs, six or kicks and our favorite star gazers.
