Start at the center.  Do center exercises and run to the corner and do the exercises and head back to center.  Rotate through the corners clockwise

I talked about how we sometimes become stuck and choose to do the comfortable thing even if we are not happy because we are afraid of the unknown and change.  I gave my current work situation as an example of how I decided to push into the unknown and pushing my comfort zone.  I challenged them to think of one area in their life that they can get out of their comfort zone so to speak
