Circle of Trust
Getting very uncomfortable and doing hard things is not east. I took a leap of faith to leave the Healthcare Industry to pursue a new path. I met people in Columbia who worked fully remote, making US dollars, and living off the Columbian Peso. The universe delivered an opportunity to stretch myself into a new type of sales, telesales. It is a very tough type of sales as you build your new sales skills. Needing to create iron skin to overcome objections, hang ups, and other stressors. I have the support of some young and hungry colleagues teaching this old dog new tricks. Learning how facebook and other lead generation works, the automation of sales, AI, are all skills that I have not possessed and excited to learn.
Men, push yourself to truly try something new, difficult, and uncomfortable. It will test you. I have had to tell myself to not quit before you even started!!!!
