The Thang

I use a workout app called Workouts +. Basically you can program the exercises, the timeĀ  you want for each exercise, and the app will even announce the exercise for you.

We did various upper body exercises for 80 seconds, followed by cardio for 60 seconds(shuttle run or bear crawl)

Then we did lower body exercises for 80 seconds followed by walking lunges for 60 seconds

Then we did core exercises for 80 seconds followed by a shuttle run for 60 seconds.

Circle of Trust

Spoke again about the struggles of youth mental health and continuing to check in on your 2.0s. Also encouraged all pax to reach out to check in on each other. We have a bunch of pax that have disappeared and continue to check in on them. If they are not ready to get back out in the gloom get them to a 2nd or 3rd F event and continue to support the men around us.

 

Ended in prayer for all of our PAX.

Naked Man Moleskin

Great way to end the week. The weather held off but either way we were going to put some work in today. The 6 MEN that showed up today did just that.
