Introduction
First snow of the year, and it’s coming down good! The EC runners scouted a good route for us today!
Warm-O-Rama
Calf stretch OYO, squatros, double-doinkers and tic-tocs.
The Thang
Run out toward Playa Vista, W toward the schools and back past the bridge and clubhouse. Three different paces represented, slightly different routes before meeting back at the pavilion for Mary.
Circle of Trust
It’s my son Aidan’s 18th birthday today. He’s a great kid – smart, quiet, hard-working, not into sports, taller than me (and growing). He is to himself to such an extent that often my wife and I are amazed when we find out about another talent he has (writing music, creating website, making videos, etc). But he doesn’t like to play or watch sports, and that’s a big part of my life. So I need to make a purposeful effort to connect with him. And I only have a few months left before he heads off to college, so I need to be even more intentional to find time with him. I encourage other PAX to do the same with their kids, especially the ones for whom connection takes more effort.
Naked Man Moleskin
“Don’t eat yellow snow”.
