Beautiful morning at The O today. A little wet but we didn’t care!

Warm-O-Rama

SSHs and then a dynamic warm up

The Thang

400m run followed by partner stretch, 800m run followed by partner stretch, 1200m run followed by partner stretch.
we did cat camels, open books, hamstring stretch, DKTC, piriformis, quad stretch.

we then finished it off with a 2-3 lap run.
