Introduction
Our objective was to go through a 3 Thing beat down together, with the reps increasing from the first thing to the next.

The Thang
Thing 1 included 20 burpees, 20 coupon shoulder presses and 20 lunges (1/2 each leg).
Thing 2 included 25 Merkins, 25 Skull Crushers and 25 Mountain Climbers
Thing 3 included 30 curls, 30 bent over coupon rows and 30 LBCs
Each thing was repeated and after we completed the thing twice, we ran a half lap.
For Mary, we ran a full victory lap together as a group, followed by 30 big boys and held plank for the last minute.
Circle of Trust
I expressed the impact that Flo had for me a couple of weeks ago. The enthusiasm that he had when he spoke about going F3 while describing it to a group that had never gone before reinvigorated me to find a way to get back ITG recently. Keep talking about it, keep checking on those that have dropped off. We all need that, once in a while.
