Ran over the bridge and took the Timber Wood Park path up to 127th. East on 127th to Heggs, west through Whispering Woods and back to the AO.

I appreciate the small incremental physical and mental fitness gains I have accumulated over the past 1+ years since starting F3. Those gains can be attributed to the men of F3 who have pushed me and befriended me during the time. Thank you all, I wouldn’t be where I am today without my F3 brothers.
Naked Man Moleskin
AAR – Forget to mention in the preblast to wear headlamps. A portion 127th did not have a path or sidewalk and the lack of headlamps could have led to a dangerous situation. Lesson learned.
