Introduction

The day Prior UPS, META and I met up at the colosuem to scope out a new path to take the following morning.  Thank you META for suggesting this and UPS for showing up as well.

I wanted to keep this very short as I knew time would be an issue with the mileage we needed to cover.

Thank you Den Mother for taking the injured PAX and those building fitness on a shorter route.  I broke the PAX into two teams of 7 and we started our Indian RUFFEL our west towards Mather Woods.

I want to give a BIG Shout out to Happy Camper and Gisele for helping push the pace.

We stoped at the first pavilion and did incline merkins and Bench squats with our rucks on.

Next pavilion we did dips and alt step ups with rucks on.

From there we really pushed it on our indian runs.  I heard lots of yells motivating the other pax.

I took the PAX into the woods and up and over the RR tacks where we then pushed the pace even more to make it back for Mary.

Working together and without excuses we made it for some LBC’s and Jane Fondas before SIX.

Circle of Trust

COT I focused on how easy it is to have an excuse.  An excuse to stay in your warm bed, I am sore, I am tired, Bob Villa is Q, Its too far to drive, It’s cold, It’s hot, I’ll go tomorrow, and the list goes on.  We wake up every morning with the choice to get a little better and keep accelerating.  Don’t live with excuses.  The only bad workout is the one you missed.
