Introduction
Wanted to get on the Q Sheet at DMZ. This awsome AO needs support, let’s go everyone! Great turnout today, I must say.

The Thang
Thang 1- We started with a coupon-heavy buy-in at the flags:
- 35 Goblet Squats
- 30 Curls
- 25 OH Press
- 20 Lion Kings
- 15 Coupon Merkins
- 10 Bent Over Rows (10 each side)
- 5 Burpees
We traveled to the baseball field Indian Run style in two groups (Group 1 and Group 2)
Thang 2 – Vicious Diamond
Group 1 started at home plate and Group 2 at second base. PAX traveled single file around the bases. Last man peels off, runs to pitcher mound and performs the designated exercise, then rejoins PAX at the front.
- Round 1: MOT = Lunge Walk / Exercise = 5 merkins at the mound
- Round 2: MOT = Bear Crawl / Exercise = 5 big boys at the mound
- Round 3: MOT = Broad Jump / Exercise = 5 Carolina Dry Docks at the mound
- Round 4: MOT = Duck Walk / Exercise = 3 burpees at the mound
We traveled back to the flags Indian Run style in two groups (Group 1 and Group 2)

Circle of Trust
- Remember the mission of F3- to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men, for the invigoration of male community leadership.
- Can we accomplish this mission without finding new men to join us? No!
- For whatever reason we haven’t gotten a pipeline of FNGs in through the DMZ. Don’t know why, doesn’t matter, the question is how can we change that and create a pipeline so that we may better support the mission of F3?
- That’s the challenge for this AO. There are neighborhoods all around this place full of men that need this group.
- Remember what it means to EH a guy – it means that you’re giving this gift away and supporting the mission. We can’t make the impact we want without growing in number.
