Introduction

It was a nice morning for a workout (aren’t they all) with melted snow wetness on the ground. Pull Up was already leading a Black Diamond workout when I showed up to get ready. Time to get after it.

The Thang

Thang 1: All PAX stuck together in our warm o rama circle and together cycled through Curls, Merkins, Overhead Press, Skull Crushers, Carolina Dry Docks, and Lawnmowers. We did 40 reps of each then 20 reps of each. This took 15 minutes.

Thang 2: I set a timer of 45 second intervals for 9 minutes total. PAX begann running around parking lot for 45 seconds. When timer went off, PAX stopped where they were and 45 seconds of Mountain Climbers. This cycle of :45 running and :45 Mountain Climbers continued till buzzer went off after 9 minutes.

Back to Thang 1: We finished the above cycle but did did reps of 10 and 5.

With a few mintes left for Mary, Mapquest came in and led us in a couople exercises.

 

Circle of Trust

I talked about how our church of a couple thousand people is having a hard time finding volunteers to serve. My COT was about making sure we seek out opportunities to serve others.
