Introduction
GTE30 is over and we did great training. Now it is relay race season and time to train for Ragnar and Hood to Coast.

Thang 1 – run to bridge (start as a group)
Thang 2 – Run from base of bridge sidewalk up and over to other side sidewalk. Rinse and repeat.
Thang 3 – Run to end of school parking lot and run to base of hill
Thang 4 – Bernie sanders up hill, run down hill, rinse / repeat

F3Plainfield’s energy and determination to prepare for GTE 30 was amazing. Now that we are coming off the high of GTE, what are you training for now?! I am now changing gears for the CSAUP of Hood to Coast and Ragnar relay races. Having something to train for keeps you accelerating. If not, we can easily decelerate by not having something to push us. Just like in our real life, we need goals for our personal and work life to be striving for. I ask all of you, what is your next challenge to prepare for??
