I wanted to get some hill work in this morning and bear crawl a little. This Q did  both.

Bottom of the hill add the next exercise each rotation:

10 Blockies

15 Thrusters

20 Skull Crushers and Curls

Bear Crawl to the top of the hill

10 H R Merkins

15 Rowers

20 Grady Corns

 

Crawl Bear down the back side of the hill

5 Burpees

10 Plank Jacks

15 American Hammers

Bear crawl back up the hill and repeat.
