Introduction
I woke up early and heard the rain come down. I changed my workout due to the rain. When I arrived the rain had stopped and the paths were dry. The rain held off the entire workout.

The Thang
Thang One:
Partner Farmer Carry around the circle. One partner would do five merkins while the other carried. Partner one ran to catch partner two and switched roles. Halfway through the circle we stopped and did Thruster, Chess Press, Blockies, and Overhead Press.
Thang Two: Three station Beatdown. We moved as a group.

Be a principled Leader. I discussed Abe Lincoln and how at the Lincoln museum has political Cartoons mocking and making fun of him in his day. He stuck to his principles and lead from the heart. He is now an American Hero. We need to led that was as well.
