Introduction
Besides the SQ and myself, we didn’t have any HCs in the pre-blast and, honestly, didn’t expect any surprise attendees either, so as things would have it, it was just YHC and Picasso who showed this morning.
Warm-O-Rama
We did some very light OYO stretching and some SSH to get the blood flowing, then we hit the road.
The Thang
We headed out with a plan to get 5 miles in and that’s about it. Great opportunity for the two of us to get some mumble chatter in and enjoy the comfortable running weather!
Circle of Trust
No end of run club CoT as we had the opportunity to cover all kinds of manly stuff during our 42 min run.
