The Thang

five stations.  One in each corner of lot and one in the center

  • Start at the center. Do 2 reps at the center and the corners for one complete lap / X. 
  • Add 2 reps so 4 at center and corners. Then, 6 and then 8. 
  • Each “Round” will consist of doing 2,4,6,8 of the same exercise at the center and corners before moving on to next round
