Introduction
At 19 degrees it felt like summer after the subzero temps we got the last 2 days. I was excited about the warm weather!

The Thang
Buddy up with 2 coupons between each pair. Partner #1 carries both coupons and starts walking. Partner #2 does first exercise on the list and then chases down Partner #1. When he catches his partner, they swap: Partner #2 takes the coupons while Partner #1 does the same exercise. Repeat until all exercises have been done 5 times BY EACH partner.

With this being the beginning of the new year, I hear several friends/family making new year’s resolutions. And they always seem to be so extreme and unattainable.
- I’m going to sign up to the gym and workout every day
- I’m going to start a strict diet
- I’m going to give up drinking
- I’m going to change careers
Are just a few I have heard, to me they are setting themselves up for failure. So my suggestion is to make small attainable goals. Instead of attempting to exercise every day, set a small goal like twice a week and build upon that. Or simply make a daily attainable goal, every day that you achieve that goal you build upon it.
