The Thang
We started off in a different parking lot as the DMZ lots were closed for some reason.
Indian run started on the west side of the AO. We stopped at 1/2 mile in to do some PT. First stop was 60 air squats. Second stop was 40 more air squats and some other PT. We then made our way into the Pavilion where we did a lot of irkins, SSH, big boys and monkey humpers. We then ran back the same way we came in and made numerous upright stretches. We headed back to the parking lot and stretched a bit more then bounced.

I talked about my 4 years of sobriety and that if I can do this, you can do whatever it is you want to. You have to want it bad enough to make a change. It is very simple. Big changes are hard as fuck but they can be accomplished with a plan. I am always here for you dudes.
