Introduction
Expected terrible weather to roll in at 5am, and we were lucky enough to have clear, dry weather at 30 degrees – rain didn’t start until 6:05!
Started off with the 5 core principles, Credo and Mission of F3 – introduced the FNG

The Thang
Four stations/Corners marked out in the parking lot. Each station had 3 rounds of 2 exercises. Pax partnered up and moved through each station doing Round 1, then ran a full lap, on to Round 2 exercises at each station and then ran a lap….kept going. Most Pax got all 3 rounds and started a fourth
Circle of Trust
COT was about remembering to have gratitude each day in small and big moments. Grateful today that weather turned out great, that we all got to be together, that DD is just around the corner. Two pax have recently shown gratitude reminders – one in that he keeps working out in honor of other men that cannot physically do the workouts; the other has shown bravery and gratitude as he lost a loved one. Great reminders for us not to take anything for granted.
