Two things

1st – 10 Curls, 10 bent over rows and 10 overhead presses then run 1/2 lap and subtract 2 of each exercise

 

2nd – Ladders

Base – 5 merkins and 5 gobblet squats  then run to ladder rungs

1st has 5 leg raises, 5 lbcs and 5 pickle pushers, next run is 10,10, 10 and the last was 15, 15, 15
