Back and forth between the top of the mountain and back to the bottom doing workouts and each stop

The Thang

Mosey over to the spine of the mountain with coupons. Dropped coupons at the bottom and went uphill. Cycled between motivators, burpees and squats at the top of the hill and did some coupon workouts back at the bottom. Including thrusters, LBCs, v ups, throat gobblers(neck rolls), blockees and shakiras. Mosey back to the flags and finished strong with core and abs. Planks, side planks, big boys, leg lifts, and flutter kicks
