Introduction

Preblast – I don’t know about you by my upper body is tore up from doing a million merkins and bear crawls this past week.  To give ourselves a little more rest in this area, we will be only doing leg exercises and running during this boot camp.  Bring that headlamp and be prepared for all surfaces.  #teamcomet

11’s – Baryshnikovs and tuck jumps.  Up and down the hill in between

Mosey back to the parking lot

Line up on the east side of the parking lot.  Cones are spread 25 yards apart.

Bunny hop to the first cone, 10 SSH, run back to start

Bunny hop to the first cone, 10 SSH, lunge walk to second cone, SSH, run back to the start

Bunny hop to the first cone, 10 SSH, lunge walk to second cone, SSH, duck walk to third cone, 10 SSH, run back to the start

Bunny hop to the first cone, 10 SSH, lunge walk to second cone, SSH, duck walk to third cone, 10 SSH, lunge mary (2 lunge walks, 2 mary Katherines, repeat) to end of lot, run back to the start

Work back to third cone, second cone, first cone.  Pick up the 6 until 6 AM
