Introduction

@BABYMOMMA led 37 PAX on my VQ with a MANLY tour of THE WOOD.  Four teams of PAX moseyed the 4 station beat down traveling throughout the WOOD.  Each of the 4 stations last 8 min and then the PAX rotated to the next never leaving their COUPON behind!  The beatdowns ended with a circle of Bobby Hurley’s in honor of BABYMOMMAS late Godson Karl Soliman.

The Thang

Coupon Mosey (slow pace) to hill from main lot
 
Split to the 4 sites coupon travels with you 1 captain per site
 
Basketball Court is site 1
Use all 4 courts 
Plank position shoulder taps (20 – 1 = 1) bear crawl around the “key”
SSH 20 then lunge around the “key”
20 Bobby Hurleys reverse lunge around the “key”
RINSE REPEAT
 
Small lot to the west is site 2
Rifle cary coupon down 15 Merkins
Rifle cary coupon back 5 Burpee’s and 10 Curls
Rifle cary coupon down 15 coupon swings
RINSE REPEAT 
 
The Hill is 4
PAX will murder bunny to cone half way up leave coupon and bear crawl to top, perform 20 LBC’s.  Walk down grab coupon carry to bottom of hill 
RINSE AND REPEAT 
 
Lot west of hill is 4
PAX will line up 1st man burpie then jump in tire, jump out  of tire 3 merkins back to end of line REPEAT across lot.

Circle of Trust

Circle-Of-Trust focused on Legacy and leading each day RIGHT with out REGRET.  I shared the legacy my Godson Karl Soliman left after 12 short years on earth.  He did more and impacted more people than most do in a lifetime.  Getting yourself right and living right by giving to others and leading in your high impact zone.  When you have an opportunity take advantage of it…don’t put it off.  Something as simple as calling your parents, friend, or working to forgive those we hold grudges against.
