The Thang

Dora workout

1 side heavy gear. Pax ruffle with heavy items like coupons, sandbags, ultras, and medicine balls.
Pax would run around other pax 25 yards away and back. Drop off weight and then run to tag out partner who would then run to grab heavy gear and repeat all with rucks on.

Other side pax did squats, flutter kicks, and shoulder press with rucks.

After 10 min we then got into 2 rows to Indian ruck/ruffle. We picked up the 6 along the way towards Seil Road. Then we followed 1040EZ as he was ready to ruffle today. We let him lead the way as he invigorated all of us to get stronger.

We ended up doing step ups and dips at both of the pavilions along the way.

Ended Mary with flutter kicks, Merkins, shoulder press, WW1s and a Merkin Ring of Fire.

Circle of Trust

Pick up the 6, Lean in

There’s a guy in F3 right now that’s fighting for his life and he needs you. He’s hurting and In pain. Lean in

Now is not the time to run for on him. Lean in.
This is not about you. This is what we get up for every day at 4:00 am.  Right now it’s about him. It’s about the 6. It’s about the guy who can’t hold his arms up. Go pick up the 6. Lean in.
Be the leader that you’re called to be in F3. Who’s going to stand up and fight for him if it’s not you then who? Lean in.
Be the strength that your brother needs. Bear the burden that your brother can’t hold. Lean in. Aye!

200th post for Rooney and Foreclosure

300th post for Second Best

1040ez took over the ruck club. He was having achilles issues and was intending on mashing. We came back to pick him up as he was the 6 during the Indian ruffle. Once we did that he said all of us inspired him and he began to ruffle and led from the front the rest of the ruck. He would just start to ruffle and the other 22 Pax had to catch up. He led us around the AO and led us through 20 dips with our rucks on. It was an awesome inspiring morning that had a focus on the invigoration of male community leadership.
