Introduction

What a great day for a ruck/run/coupon style Dora using the track and parking lot at The Mighty O in Plainfield.

The Thang

One pax runs while other pax does coupon work. When pax returns from run around track other pax then puts on ruck and sandbag and ruffles around the median and back while partner does coupon work.

once returning from ruffle pax then drops sand back but keeps ruck on and does coupon work while parter grabs his ruck to then ruffle same route.

pax continue to run, lift, ruffle, lift and switch off rotating in a Dora style workout.

pax only made it through 3 rounds in 30-35 min.

Circle of Trust

Spoke about running 9 miles for 1/2 marathon training and how I didn’t want to run that day and how the M convinced me to just start with one mile and see how I feel. Ended up meeting an ultra marathon runner along the run and ran with him for 4 miles that day.

finished all 9 miles as the other guy had 35 to complete that day. It’s all about perspective and just choosing to start with the first step. We are capable of much it just takes a commitment to start moving.
