Introduction

as we prepare for Q versus Q. I wanted to try some different things and one of the things I wanted to do was a workout based on my new YouTube channel, the balance blade.  This AO as usual offer some unique opportunities.

Warm-O-Rama

The concept of the warm up. was to light the flame and warm up the fire.

The Thang

Workout Theme: “Forged in the Blade, Lead with Edge”

Concept: Strength and leadership are forged through pressure. Like a blade, we must be hammered, sharpened, and tempered to lead effectively. This workout pushes limits, refines focus, and builds resilience while incorporating elements of leading under stress.

Warm-Up: “The Heat of the Forge” (5 min)

Symbolism: The forge must be hot to shape the blade. This warm-up raises intensity quickly.

•High Knees – 60s

•SSH – 20 reps

•Jump Squats – 15 reps

•Bobby hurlies  – 10 reps

•Plank Hold – 30s

Phase 1: “The Fire & The Hammer” (The Breakdown) – 15 min

Symbolism: Just as steel is heated and hammered into shape, we must embrace discomfort to improve.

•Minute 1: 15 Ground-to-Overhead with Coupon (Full Body Power)

•Minute 2: step ups

Phase 2: “The Sharpening Stone” (Refinement) – 15 min

Symbolism: A blade must be sharpened and refined. This segment focuses on control, discipline, and precision.

Phase 3: “The Edge” (Lead Under Pressure) – 10 min

Circle of Trust

in a recent conversation, I had somebody we were talking about the adage that you often hear hard times create strong man strong man create good times good times great weak man and the cycle continues.  I asked the question why must the cycle continue with all the knowledge experience and exposure we have now why can’t good times create great men why can’t sometimes create great men and why do good times have to create weak men.  There are certainly a lot of weak men in this world, but men in general because of the hard times are waking up, but why do we have to revert? That’s gonna be something I’m gonna be working on here.

Naked Man Moleskin

There’s definitely something about being around 40 and starting to reflect on yourself and on the world one of the deepest fears that I have at current moment is losing all of the progress that I’ve made over the last bit in regards to my personal development really since I started martial arts in 2018 it’s been a quest of said development because before that I cannot really remember a time where I was truly taking care of myself in a long-term Personal fulfilling way.

I truly am done with that and I will not allow any good times that I create turned me into a weak man and I figure if I have control over that why can’t men as a whole in society prevent that from happening
