Introduction

At F3 you are free to lead. I took this opportunity to lead the pax around Bucktown. Most have only seen a few areas.

The Thang

I led 9 MEN around a full tour of Bucktown. I started with a brisk pace and mumble chatter. When we arrived at the I&M canal I had the Pax form a strict line and performed an Indian run for the next 2.5 miles.

We ended Mary with ab work and ring of plank jacks

Circle of Trust

I shared with the PAX and keeping in the theme of the week, important a shield lock is to us men. I also touched on Dilly Dilly’s men’s mental health Workout from last week.  And to find a therapist that has worked with men specifically. We continue to give this gift to our brothers and it is important that we continue to EH the sad clowns.
