Introduction
It was a nice warm, humid morning

The Thang
Thang 1 Counting by 2 – line up the pax on a line where they are on the end of a parking stall stripe
2 curls, 2 merkins, 2 overhead presses and 2 hops over stripe then run to cones halfway across parking lot and back then add 2 so 4 of each and continue on adding 2 each time
Thang 2 – DORA
One of the PAX stays in the lot and did exercise while the other ran down the path to the pavilion and did 15 dips on the wall and returned and then switches
exercises – chest press, bent over rows, LAF squat (air squat with a hip abductor lift to each side is one rep), Sumo squats (air squat with feet turned at 45 degrees outward)
