Introduction

We worked on cardio at the basketball courts, while laying bricks as 2-man teams…then we knocked each other out.

The Thang

Thang 1:
With only 5 PAX, and one mashing, we had to teams of 2. One partner dribbled from baseline to opposite hoop to make a layup, then dribbled back to opposite free throw line to make a jump shot. The second partner did various body weight exercises until the jump shot. If the jumper was made, the other guy did 5 merkins…if it was missed, the shooter did 5 merkins. We took turns, doing different body weight exercises after a few trips for each PAX.

Thang 2:

After a mosey around the courts, we played multiple games of “knockout”…where if you got knocked out, you did alternating exercises on the side until the game was finished.

Circle of Trust

COT had 2 parts. First was YHC urging the PAX to get involved with some of the many 3rd F opportunities that F3 has to offer…pointing out how rewarding it is and how it makes a difference, regardless of which causes you choose. Second was urging the PAX to help bring in more FNGs to the AO from the Romeoville/Crest Hill area. With yet another AO opening on this day, numbers of attendees per workout were going to get split up even more.
