Introduction

It was a cool morning & I will be honest I did not want to be there.  After a long week of Reindeer games, quads so sore they felt like they were going to pop out of my legs from Villa’s duck walks on Thursday, my gloves that did not dry from the night before, the 3 mile EC that morning, the Giselle “log” burner from EBC I almost went home but I knew I could not let the PAX down.  Then my man 5-Putt volunteered to Site Q, my star Q-School pupil Chum Bucket was there, I had to “Hate” PAX their in Heifer & Second City, & Broomstick who was working on a 6 PK for the week.  It was then I knew I had to suck up my own pain for the betterment of the TEAM that showed up to support me.

    • Rinse & repeat
    • If the ball drops the group stops & completes 5 burpees

THANG #2:  Equipping

    • 150 Shoulder Press
    • 200 LBC’s
    • 250 Curls
    • Endurance rep starts by running full half loop when they get back partner does small half loop
    • Rotate until DIEGO is complete

THANG #3:  Accountability

  • Group circles up & PAX lead an exercise of their choice & choice of rep quantity
  • The focus is on form & the Q calls cadence

THANG #4:  Missionality

  • PAX will complete 5 burpees. Once they complete 5 burpees, they will toss the medicine ball as far as they can throw it.  Once they are done, they will return the start & complete another 5 burpees.
  • Every time a PAX completes 5 burpees, they continue to throw the medicine ball moving it around the parking lot loop ultimately moving it all the way around.

TEAMS are special & that is why their development is so critical.  TEAMS are like communities in that they are proximate, but communities are not purposeful.  TEAMS are like organizations that they are purposeful but they are not proximate.  This is what makes F3 regions so special & critical to the mission b/c we are both purposeful & proximate hence why the leadership development process is critical for us to thrive & survive.  My challenge to all of you is what is holding you back from investing in Q-Source??  Q-Source is the thing in F3 that unlocked me to be a better man & it is really the reason I come back.  My challenge to all of you is:  if you have not then give Q Source a try, if you have been a casual participant I urge you to dig in & embrace, & if you are a regular than it is your job to spread the work to encourage other men to engage.  Aye!
