Footlocker and I were the first to arrive at 4:55am. I left my phone at home. Luckily we’re only 5 min. away. When we were driving out of the lot, I saw about 10 vehicles pulling in. It was weird, since there were only 5 HCs. When we came back to the lot, I realized that half the vehicles were for the the women’s run club

Naked Man Moleskin
I kept the PAX moving and heart rates up. Smail group, but much more effective than a 20+group. Good feedback during AAR.
I’ve heard this book I talked about during CoT referenced in a couple other CoTs by other PAX. I was fortunate to see and hear Admiral McRaven good this speech in person. I gave the book to one of the PAX to enjoy rather than have it collect dust on my bookshelf
