The Thang

Taper run.  3 miles at a 10 minute pace.  We have the 1/2 marathon on Sunday, get that final taper run in to be at your best on Sunday!

The times when I am the most selfish are often the times when I am the least happy.

It’s paradoxical.  What would make ME happy?  Focus on that and go get it!  Ah, but then why am I so unhappy.

How can I serve others and show them love?  Focus on that, and serve well.  Wow, I am so happy!

I wanted to finish with stargazers, but the parking lot lights are way too bright and it clouded up.

Looking at the stars, it’s fun to contemplate; not only how small we are in this universe, but what a short few years we are in the whole story of mankind.
