7’s from Pavilion 1 to 2.. 1 burpee to WW1’S.. OYO. Upon completion all PAX reunite at 1 to money back to 2 where we did a list of movements to get the heart rates up and the calories down.

Circle of Trust

Used this time to remind his to be smart and pre hydrate .. stay hydrated in the heat. Apologized for maybe being a little too hard considering the heat. I prayed for all in the circle, their families, troops,  and society in general.

Naked Man Moleskin

We got two FNGs that were wrapping up a walk in the woods with friends and decided to jump in with us probably 10 mins into our start! They also hung with us and contributed during Qsource! Flyer and Intern!! Welcome!! this evening was also my 376th post for F3 Plainfield year 5! Tying our Nan’Tan for most posts in one fiscal year. Tough act to follow, that Meta. Props bro.
