Introduction

It was a great day today to celebrate not only my 40th birthday but also to lead the Iron Pax Challenge week 0. We had 15 men who showed up today and got after it this morning.

We went through the WoR really quick as PAX were still encouraged to stretch ahead of time to ensure we had enough time for everyone to finish in under 40 minutes.

I originally planned on running a Q at the Ridge to go up and over the hill 40 times. However I also could not resist the opportunity to Q Week 0 of the IPC challenge. I am in better shape as I enter my 40s then I ever was during my 30s. I owe that all to F3 and the men around me. It is not just the 1st F which I absolutely love, but the friendships and relationships I have made with this group are life changing. I enjoy each day waking up and getting after it with the men of F3 Plainfield. Continue to find sad clowns who need this and continue to give it away. Thank you to everyone who came out to support me as I start the trek up the hill in my 40s.

Naked Man Moleskin

Thanks to the 14 PAX who came out and got after the challenge this morning. It was an absolute burner for sure and challenged all of us. Kudos to Second City who was on Fire this morning as he paced the group in this workout. Foundation presented me with some homemade art work which I will display on the fridge at home.
