Introduction
With a VQ going on across town i knew this would be light. I reached out to Foundation to see if he wanted to have our respective workouts run to a midpoint and meet for a thang but that bitch said no. I am about doing some running so we got our EC in and got to it.
Warm-O-Rama
We all EC’d so we focused on demoing the exercises that we would do on the move. Sprinkled in som Tie fighters, michael phelps, good mornings too.
