The Thang
The beatdown is called a 6 section drill where you are sprinting and recovering various distances from 60 yards up to 360 yards.
- Jog one cone sprint one cone, jog one cone sprint two cones, jog one cone sprint three cones, jog one cone sprint 4 cones, jog one cone sprint 5 cones, jog one cone and then a full perimeter sprint. You then recover across the field and repeat.
Circle of Trust
Talked once again about checking in on your kids. Had a scare that night with a close friend and their child. Was running on empty and distraught after the news I had received at 2am. Thankfully the family has help and is on the road to recovery. Have that open line of communication with your kids so they trust you and can open up to you when they need help or support.
