Circle of Trust
With the Reindeer Games heading into the final stretch, I encouraged the men to reflect:
Whether this is your first Reindeer Games or your sixth, I hope you found something in these weeks that challenged and changed you. Maybe you posted more than usual, pushed harder, tried new workouts, or did the extra credit rucks just because it was hard.
Working in teams and often posting in the same places gave us the opportunity to truly get to know one another — what we’re made of, what we struggle with, what we bring to the circle.
On the 3rd F side, maybe you started chasing points — but my hope is that somewhere along the way you realized the real impact you were making: donations, time, presence, service. That’s the kind of stuff that changes communities and changes men.
As we close out Week 6:
- Stay focused
- Stay healthy
- Finish the goals you set
- Reflect on the laughs, the grind, the cold mornings, and the shared suffering
- Take recovery if needed — but don’t drift back to old habits
And if QSource was new to you this season, I hope you stick with it. It changes lives — in our homes, workplaces, and relationships.
Finish strong, men. You’re capable of far more than you once believed

Big thanks to Scratch & Dent for early recon and having our six.
Grateful for every HIM who came out today — always an honor to lead.
And one last note of humor:
The parking lot wasn’t plowed when we arrived, but after 45 minutes of running 11s back and forth, packing snow with every step, I’m pretty sure the snowplow driver is going to show up and wonder:
- “Did we even get snow here?”
or
- “Who plowed this already?”
Answer: Just a bunch of HIM doing hard things before sunrise.
A small, unintentional pay-it-forward to the plow crew
