Thang – Thursty Bunnies
1 Thruster and 2 murder bunnies. Increase each round by 1 Thruster and double the murder bunnies. Starting at the sidewalk by the flag pole and going to the running path.
2 Thrusters – 4 murder bunnies, 3 Thrusters – 8 murder bunnies.At 128 murder bunnies I had PAX run back to the start and back to their coupon to start back at 1 Thruster 2 murder bunnies.Once we reach the path, Cusack Carry back to the start. Each time you lower your arms or break it’s 35 air squats. I believe we each had to complete 35 air squats.25 hand release T-merkinsRun to the mini berm by the soccer fields
Bear crawl and Crawl bear up and over. Run
Lunge forward over and backwards. Run
Army crawl to the top, Crawl bear back. Run

Run back to the coupons and bring them to the flags.

Had all PAX hold plank while I loaded them with a coupon for 30 seconds each. I finished the final minute while PAX did daisy pickers.

Circle of Trust

I follow Andrew Glaze in TikTok/Instagram/Strava as initially I stumbled on one of his 100 mile Ultra Marathon clips where he was halucinating so badly he was crying in mile 80 something of a 100 mile run. Then the guy turns around and run a 250 mile Ultra Marathon that took 3-4 days.

He always starts his race with “1 mile down and 99 to go” while smiling like he’d just won the lotto. Many of his clips end with “This is your reminder to do hard stuff today.” Which #1 is an excellent reminder but also a deeper though.

If we opt into the hard stuff by choice alone we get conditioned and callused when things become hard. Andrew runs 100 mile Ultra so often that while they are still incredibly hard he has got to the point where he is able to manage them. Choosing hard allows us to manage the actual hard things that we face everyday.

We went around the circle and listed positive intentions which I always love doing and hearing. Ozark getting a promotion as well as Foreclosure. Picasso planning his runs on a trip to Hawaii, staying accountable and accelerating always and Second City sorting out the next steps in his young life. I reflected on stepping away from the gloom, fitness and the day to day last week to center myself on memories with family.
