Run out to the school and then loops around AO.  At least 2 PAX together but at your own pace and be back 5:55 for stretching and mary

Circle of Trust

Talked about not becoming complacent.  We have ups and downs but the key is to not let you form sad clown habits.  You are not alone in your ups and downs.  Everyone has them.  My advice is to keep pushing and set small goals during those times to not stop accelerating
