Circle of Trust

For my CoT I wanted to talk about giving back to F3 and the community. For this year I set 3 goals for myself when it comes to F3.

• 1st Goal was to get on the Valor flag.
• 2nd Goal was to get to 10% on a post to Q ratio. I’m not sure if it is a written or unwritten rule, but I’ve heard many PAX say that we should be at a 10% post to Q ration. I dug myself into a deep hole early on in this aspect so I’ve been making it up by Q’ing 2-3 times a week the last few weeks and with tonight’s Q I finally hit 10%, now I just have to maintain it. So for those PAX that recently started, I recommend avoiding digging yourself into a hole and try to Q regularly. As I look around there are PAX that we can use as models like Squidward at 16% and Hot Lava at 13%.
• 3rd Goal was to give back to F3, not only to F3 but back to the community. During Reindeer games a lot of PAX expressed interest in having an evening BC available on the north side of I-80 so my plan is to do a few pop-ups to see if the interest holds true. I am not looking to compete with 3 Rivers evening BC’s so instead I will be targetting the alternating days of Tuesday/Thursday, this way those men that can only attend evenings can have options all week long. I’d also like to find new ways to give back in the 3rd F, specifically to the community.

Using Squidward again as a model, he hit the ground running when he joined F3, by bringing Q source to the Southern Plainfield Region, recently introducing Freed to Lead as well as being on SLT, a master at creating excel spreadsheet, helping in putting together Hell Week and F3ittest, raising money towards charities, always giving back.  I challenge other PAX to do the same and understand that it doesn’t have to be ground breaking. We’ve done things as simply helping the local grammar school to put up a few Christmas lights.
