The Thang
Thang 1
Slingshot walk while curl carrying coupon. Last man in line performs 2 blockees before slingshooting to the front. Started at pavilion to elementary school and back to school bus parking lot.
Thang 2
75 meter ladder with 4 cones
Start with 10 reps run to cone 1 and back, 10 reps run to cone 2 and back, 10 reps run to cone 3 and back, 10 reps run to cone 4 and back and complete 10 reps.

I apologized to the group for not having a well thought out CoT. I’ve been attempting to give back by Q’ing a lot more, attempting to reach my 10%. I always try to relate a life experience with my CoT and had a difficult time coming up with something without repeating my previous CoT’s. I looked online and found a witty analogy that I enjoyed and wanted to share.
