Introduction
Beautiful morning and was looking forward to Qing my first Monday RC at the TC in over a year, having served as Site Q on Mondays for about the past year.

The Thang
Thang 1 –Indian run around the rec center and to the start of the 40 yard dash
Thang 2 – In groups of two, sprint the 40 yard dash.
-repeat 5 times.
Thang 3 – Indian run to the bridge and cross. Then run OYO to the turn around and back to the bridge.
Thang 4 Run as a group to the edge of parking farthest from the rec center. The run OYO to the berm and up and over. Repeat 5 times.

As I was just made aware I recently made it to my 500th post, I shared that I was feeling a huge sense of of gratitude to my F3 brothers for helping me to get out in the gloom regularly and for motivating me to push my body, even when I don’t feel like it, and in the process finding new things I am capable of and the sense of accomplishment that comes with that.
