Circle of Trust

  1. Setting small goals is so important to keep you on the right path and focused on improvement. I just recently passed 100 posts which I know is not a lot compared to several guys within F3 but I haven’t been able to stick to a workout program for more than a few months in several years. I started using post counts to make my next goal to reach. Started with 20, then 40, 50, etc. My next goal is 150. Dilly Dilly has eluded to setting goals for yourself over the past few months and it is so true that doing this and then hitting those marks keeps you moving forward as a person. Thank you to the men ITG that keep pushing me. And set those goals to be attainable and then raise that bar even higher.

Naked Man Moleskin

We had a great morning ITG today. Great group of men that just kept pushing to get better. Ended in prayer today for Second bests father as he goes in for surgery as well as unanswered prayers out there.
