Introduction
Three PAX and @Gisele respond to Shots Fired at Nakatomi Plaza – DIE HARD is a Christmas Movie at the 0630 on Saturday 24 December is frigid temps.
Warm-O-Rama
PAX warmed up with Motivators and got right at it!
The Thang
All PAX took on the Chad 1000X to climb Nakatomi Plaza, and then pivoted to the Ridge for a Run – Sled on a Christmas toboggan. The Thang Ended with sets of Blockeys, Air Squats, Mountain Climbers and running.
Circle of Trust
The Circle of Trust focused on reconciling differences and the various for forms that setting aside differences to show affirmation and love. PAX rang in Christmas Eve with Holiday Eggnog and good mumble chatter.
