Sorry for the late BB, The Sevens and Sandbags were a hit, we don’t get up for easy.

Sevens First then Sandbags

Two groups, Big Boy Get Ups on one side and 4 count Merkins on the other….with Rucks on.

Then we grabbed the sandbags and headed up and over the hill in a figure 8 formation trading bags at the top.

After the hill we tucked around the block and finished with a Merkin Ring of Fire
